By means of this application, the applicant, Tasin, who is involved in Case Crime No. 427 of 2024, under Sections 115(2) 352, 351(3) 109, 103(1) 117(2) & 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Nakur, District- Saharanpur and is in jail since 01.05.2025, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Talib, Wazid have already been enlarged on bail by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 29.04.2025, 04.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
