The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 59/2025, under Sections 3(5), 191(1), 190, 109(1), 103(1), 115(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Deoband, District- Saharanpur. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He next added that there is no specific allegation against the applicant. He has been falsely implicated on the basis of general allegation. He further contended that identically situated co-accused Mursaleen, Mukeem, Mo. Mohsin has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 18521/2025, 18337/2025, 18353/2
