Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.264 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 201, 304-B/302 I.P.C. and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Qadar Chowk, District Budaun, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case only to harass him and the FIR is delayed by about twelve days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Learned counsel for applicant further submitted that no specific role has been assigned to the applicant and only general allegations have been levelled against all the accused persons.
