Heard Sri Sharad Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Sri Akhilesh Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Singh, learned counsel for informant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. By means of this bail application, applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.236 of 2024, under Sections- 452, 34, 302, 147, 148, 149 I.P.C., Police Station- Rasulabad, District- Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village party bandi. It is further submitted that although similar role has been assigned to all the co-accused, but at the time of recording statement by the informant separate weapon has been assigned to separate co-accused.
