The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.57 of 2025, registered under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 127 (2), 105, 352, 351 (3) and 103(1) BNS Police Station Ikdil, District Etawah during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. General role has been assigned to all the named accused persons no specific allegation has been levelled against the applicant and other co-accused persons. Co-accused Suresh, Upendra Singh and Ram Singh have been granted bail by Co- ordinate Bench of this Court by orders dated 28.05.2025, 28.05.2025 and 27.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 18380 of 2025, 18545 of 2025 and 17311
