The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rambaran Alias Mamu with a prayer to release him on bail in S.T. No.59 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.219 of 2024, under Section 103 (1) and 238 of B.N.S., Police Station-Kotwali Jalaun, District Jalaun during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused Dheeraj and Ravi have been granted bail by this Court on 08.01.2025 and 10.01.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.46600 of 2024 and 47260 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail applications of co-accused.
