The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 366 of 2024, under Sections 85, 103(1) BNS, Police Station Sirsaganj, District Firozabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that ten person of the family members of the applicant were named in the FIR and after investigation, the charge sheet have been submitted against three persons including the applicant, who are the husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence and as per the FIR, two children of the deceased who are said to be eye witnesses but the Investigating Officer has not recorded the statement of the children.
