The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.05 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 61(2), 238 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha (B.N.S.) 2023 & 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Line Bazar, District Jaunpur. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He next added that the applicant is not named in the FIR and his name came into light on the basis of CCTV footage which shows that three accused persons including the applicant visited the house of deceased.
