Heard Mr. Rajiv Sisodia, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.534 of 2024 (Session Trial No.1420 of 2025), under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S. and Section 35 Arms Act, Police Station Dhampur, District Bijnor. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He next added that the applicant is not named in the FIR and his name came into light in the confessional statement of co-accused person.
