Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. By means of this bail application, applicant seeks bail in Special Session Trial No. 31 of 2013 arising out of Case Crime No. 228 of 2012, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station- Shivali, District- Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Co-accused-Mithun Nath, who was also accused of jumping bail, has already been granted bail by trial court vide order dated 25.03.2017 passed in Bail Application No. 477 of 2017, hence the applicant is also liable to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity.
