By means of this bail application, applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 101 of 2025, under Sections- 103(2), 115(2), 324(4), 3(4) BNS, Police Station- Mungara Badshahpur, District- Jaunpur during pendency of trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. No specific role has been assigned to the applicant. The applicant is having no criminal history and he is languishing in jail since 24.04.2025. In case the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the said liberty. 4.
