The applicant is in jail since 30.03.2025. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 03.05.2025/07.05.2025. The following arguments made by Sri Dashrath Lal, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Sri Guru Prasad Madan, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Shashi Dhar Pandey, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1.
