Singh, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Sri Paritosh Kumar Malviya, learned AGA from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The F.I.R. nominates nine persons who committed the offence. A vague and general role has been assigned to the applicant in the F.I.R.. 2.
