The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 0499 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S.- Chhata, District- Mathura with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-accused that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It was submitted that there is no credible material against the applicant to invoke the provisions of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act and that applicant does not fall within the ambit of Gangster.
