Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 179 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 452, 323, 342 IPC and Sections 16/17 of POCSO Act, P.S.- Shahi, District- Bareilly, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Age of victim is stated about 16 years and in her statement recorded under Section 164 CrPC, victim has stated that in the night applicant and co-accused Shoeb, Shabez and Nadeem have trespassed into her house and forcibly took her to the house of Najit (applicant herein) and she was pressurized to marry with co-accused Nadeem. She has further stated that co-accused Nadeem has committed rape upon her. Learned counsel submitted
