The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 432 of 2022, registered under Sections 364, 302, 201, 394, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Kasganj, District Kasganj, during pendency of the trial. 3. Allegation is in regard to kidnapping, murder and loot of the e- rickshaw battery. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Applicant is not named in the FIR, his name surfaced in the statement of co-accused, Guddu, who has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.12.2023.
