The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.13 of 2025, under Sections 3/5-A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station- Bekanganj, District- Kanpur Nagar with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The alleged recovery of beef was shown from the co-accused persons and that applicant was not arrested at the spot. Involvement of applicant has been shown on the basis of statement of co-accused persons.
