Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Sonu Baghel Alias Sunil, Pooja, Nishant, Gagan and Gaurav have already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.11.2024, 12.12.2024, 16.01.2025, 03.03.2025 and 18.11.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 37275 of 2024, 43659 of 2024, 444 of 2025 and 7266 of 2025. It is thus contended that the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity.
