Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 213 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 452, 302, 34, 120B, 325 & Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Utraon, District Prayagraj. 4. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He next added that the main role of attacking has been assigned to co-accused, Satyam. He further contended that identically situated co-accused Manju Devi and Shivam @ Shiv Kumar have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court
