The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mahendra Alias Chhote, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 483 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Ajitmal, District- Auraiya, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant was not named in the FIR. The name of the applicant has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Abhay. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 27.1.2025. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail. Per contra learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant by contending that the innocence of the applicant
