The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 49 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Fatehpur Sikri, District- Agra. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the applicant is not named in the FIR and his name came into picture in the confessional statement of co-accused persons. It is further submitted that applicant has no criminal history. It is further submitted that the co-accused Ashiq @ Umendra @ Kumendra has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application
