By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 1183 of 2024 at Police Station-Baradari, District-Bareilly under Sections 103 (1), 61 (2) of B.N.S. The applicant is in jail since 20.11.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the trial court on 18.04.2025. The following arguments made by Shri Ashish Chitranshi, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Paritosh Kumar Malviya, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. Briefly put the prosecution case set out in the FIR is that the deceased ran an eatery on a wheeled cart. She was shot dead on 16.11.2024 between 11:00 PM to 11:15 PM by two unknown gunmen riding on a motorcycle. The brothers of the first informant were witness to the incident. 2.
