It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that only general role has been assigned to the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely Sindhu has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.8687 of 2025 vide its order dated 2.5.2025, therefore, the applicant is also entitled be released on bail on the ground of parity. The applicant has no criminal history. Applicant is languishing in jail since 21.01.2025 and in case he is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in the trial. 3 Learned A.G.A. for the State opposed
