Heard Shri Pravin Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA for the State. By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 144 of 2022 at Police Station Niwadi District Ghaziabad under Sections 302, 120-B, 34 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 05.08.2022. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by learned trial court on 21.02.2025. The applicant has been identified as one of the principal offenders who shared the common intent of committing the murder. He had motive to do so. The applicant has been nominated in the FIR which was lodged promptly after the incident. The offence is grave. There is likelihood that the applicant had committed the offence.
