The instant application has been filed to enlarge the applicant on bail in case crime No. 192 of 2020, u/s 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 394, 412, 504, 506, 353, 332, 333, 396, 120-B, 34 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Chaubepur, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is a lady and not named in the F.I.R. Her name came into picture during statement of S.I. Kunwar Pal Singh regarding allegation of exhortation to other co-accused persons to attack on police party. Co-accused persons Uma Shankar Yadav @ Tanke, Akhilesh @ Chhotu Shukla, Shiv Tiwari @ Ashutosh Tripathi, Sushil Kumar Tiwari, Arvind Trivedi @ Guddan, have already been released on bail by the co-ordinate Bench
