The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 249 of 2025, under Sections - 112, 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 308(5) BNS, Section - 3/4 The Public Gambling Act, 1867 and Section - 66-D I.T. Act, Police Station - Civil Lines, District - Moradabad, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version applicant and co-accused persons were indulging in online gambling through mobile phone over the IPL cricket match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Chennai Super King.
