The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 119 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452, 436 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Airport, District - Prayagraj with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel has referred statement of victim girl recorded under section 183 BNSS, wherein she has inter alia stated that co- accused Badka Singh has trespassed into her house and did cherkhani with her and thereafter co-accused Shubham Singh and Shailendra Singh have assaulted her mother and sister and after that applicant Suggan Singh Alias Suggan also came there.
