By means of the the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 318 of 2024 at Police Station- Tamkuhiraj, District-Kushi Nagar under Sections 80(2), 85, 103(2), 238 of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act. The applicant is in jail since 24.10.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 30.04.2025.
