Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 203 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/29/60 NDPS Act, Police Station Jamunapar, District - Mathura with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version, the police have apprehended co-accused Vikram, Sagar, Sonveer, Pawan and Virendra in a car and 72.200 kg. ganja was recovered from the said car. Applicant was not arrested at the spot.
