Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 127 of 2025, under Sections 3/5-A/5- B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station- Alinagar, District- Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, four cow species animals were being transported in a vehicle for the purposes of slaughtering. There is no evidence that any slaughtering has taken place.
