Perused the material available on record. 2.The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.0127 of 2025, under Sections 3, 5A, 8, 5B of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station Alinagar, District Chandauli, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. False recovery of livestock has been shown from the alleged vehicle. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. No cow meat or instruments used for slaughtering has been recovered from the said vehicle.
