Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Mool Chandra Maurya, learned counsel for informant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. By means of the instant bail application, applicant is seeking bail in Case Crime No. 53 of 2025, under Section 103(1), 238 BNS, Police Station- Ko. Kayamganj, District- Farrukhabad during pendency of trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. As per the prosecution, informant alleged through the FIR that applicant (grand-father of deceased) and his family members killed, informant's niece. Applicant's name has been mentioned in the FIR only on the basis of suspicion along with other co-accused persons.
