Perused the material available on record. 2.The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.149 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 11 of Prevention to Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station - Lalganj, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. False recovery of livestock has been shown from the alleged container truck. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. No prohibited cow meat was recovered from the said vehicle.
