The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 166 of 2025, under Sections 109, 131, 115(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Sections-3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. As per the first information report, the applicant was alleged to have fired at the informant. As per the medical report as well as supplementary medical report, the injuries sustained by the injured/informant were found simple in nature.
