The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.282 of 2023, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station- Chandauli, District Chandauli, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. False recovery of livestock has been shown from a DCM vehicle. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The applicant was not the owner of the alleged vehicle. The applicant is in jail since 06.05.2025, having no criminal history and in case, he is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the said liberty. 4.
