By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 247 of 2024 at Police Station-Azeemnagar, District-Rampur under Sections 109, 103, 61(2), 352,3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 7 of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act. The applicant is in jail since 20.09.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by trial court on 09.05.2025. The applicant has been nominated as one of the principal offenders who shared the common intent to commit the offence. There are eye witnesses to the incident. Incriminating firearms have been have been recovered from the applicant. The applicant has a long criminal history.
