The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 1138 of 2024, under Sections 140(2), 317(3) B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Kotwali City, District Bijnor during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The name of the applicant surfaced during the investigation. No amount was credited in the account of the applicant. The applicant is not a beneficiary of the illicit transaction. No test identification parade was got conducted by the police authorities. Recovery of Rs.11,000/- and a knife has been shown from the applicant.
