Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 56 of 2025, under Sections 3(1) of U.P. Gangster And Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S Balua, District Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-accused that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It was submitted that there is no credible material against the applicant to invoke the provisions of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act and that applicant does not fall within the ambit of Gangster. In the gang chart, one case has been shown against the applicant, in which he is already on bail, copy of which is available on record. Learned counsel has referred facts of the matter
