Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 137 of 2025, under Sections 309(4), 333, 351(3), 317(2) BNS, and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Kosikalan, District Mathura with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is not named in the FIR, which was lodged against unknown persons, alleging that two unknown miscreants trespassed into the house of the complainant and robbed certain jewellery items from wife of the complainant. According to prosecution version, on 22.02.2025 applicant was apprehended by the police and two golden colour bangles, one mobile and certain documents were recovered from applicant.
