The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 167 of 2025, under Sections 8/18 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Kotwali, District Bareilly during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of 1450 gram opium has been shown from the applicant.
