The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 12 of 2022, under Sections 302, 34, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Kapurpur, District- Hapur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants in support of his prayer for bail submits that the applicants are innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against co-accused Mukesh and Kailash with regard to murder of brother of the informant. He further submitted that on the basis of statements of co-accused, there is no cogent evidence against the applicants on record.
