By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 59 of 2025 at Police Station Deoband District Saharanpur under Sections 3(5), 191(1), 190, 109(1), 103 (1), 115(2) of the B.N.S. The applicant is in jail since 01.02.2025. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 09.05.2025. The following arguments made by Shri A.Z.Khan, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Brijesh Kumar Yadava, learned counsel on behalf of the first informant and Shri Ashutosh Pandey, learned AGA from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1.
