Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anupam Anand, learned Brief Holder for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application, under Section 483 B.N.S.S., has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 161 of 2025, under Sections 310(2), 351(2) and 317(3) B.N.S. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Jahangirabad, District- Bulandshahar during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report. The applicant was arrested on 12.4.2025 along with five other accused and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of a knife and a mobile phone has been shown from the applicant. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. Identically placed co- accused Sarik Rajaa @ Lucky has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 03.06.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
