The present bail application has been filed by the applicant- Gurdeep Singh to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 11 of 2013, under Section 25/4 Arms Act, Police Station Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that earlier the applicant was granted bail in the present case in the year 2013. Though, the applicant participated in the trial for considerable period, the trial could not conclude and at the same time due to unavoidable reasons the applicant could not appear before the court concerned on certain dates. Consequently, non-bailable warrant was issued. On 08.01.2025, the applicant was arrested and since then he is in jail.
