Heard Sri Rakesh Chandra Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 107 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) BNS and Section 60(1), 63, 72 of Excise Act, police station Parikshitgarh, District Meerut, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, 200 cartons of illicit liquor were recovered from a truck, which was being driven by applicant. There is no independent witness of alleged recovery.
