The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 100 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Syedraza, District Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of livestock has been shown from the alleged vehicle. There is no independent witnesses to the alleged recovery. Recovery of a mobile phone and Rs. 2,500/- has also been shown from the applicant. The said mobile phone and the Indian currency belongs to the applicant. No prohibited cow meat was recovered from the alleged vehicle.
