Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Anupam Anand, learned brief holder for the State-respondent. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 200 of 2024, under Section 325 BNS, Section 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station Balua, District Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The applicant was not arrested at the spot. False recovery of six alive cow and a dead cow has been shown from a Tata Magic vehicle. There is no independent witnesses to the alleged recovery. The said vehicle was sold by the applicant to one Vipin Pandey. In this regard reliance has been placed on the notarized agreement dated 22.05.2024. Further, identically placed co-accused Rinku
