Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 23 of 2025, under Sections 112(2), 303(2), 324(5), 317(2) BNS and Section 150-C Railway Act, police station Gulawathi, District Bulandshahr with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is not named in the first information report, which was lodged against unknown persons by Junior Engineer of railway department regarding theft of electric motor and some other items.
