The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 584/2024, under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 103(1), 238, 333 of B.N.S., Police Station- Powayan, District- Shahjahanpur. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case on the basis of general allegation along with other co-accused person Munni Devi. He further contended that identically situated co-accused has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 4376/2025 vide order dated 20.05.2025. He is seeking parity of the order
