By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 84 of 2022 at Police Station Kotwali, District Prayagraj under Sections 364, 302, 201, 34 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 10.11.2025. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by learned trial court on 10.11.2024. The chargesheet was filed in the year 2022. The applicant has been fugitive from law and was not cooperating in the trial. The appearance of the applicant could be procured only after taking coercive measures against the applicant.
